What Is Your Opinion Of Political Correctness?

My opinion of political correctness is that it has created a hypersensitive cry baby culture.

Everyone is a victim, just ask them.

Political correctness is only bad when my political opponents use it.

When people who support my own political opinions use it, it's great!

Example: It's wrong to attack Sarah Palin's kids, but it's ok to call Michelle Obama a "wookie" and a "gorilla." That's because Michelle Obama is a liberal, and so it's ok to attack her.

Only liberals are capable of misusing the concept of political correctness. When conservatives insist on political correctness, they're doing the right thing.

If I say Sarah Palin is dumb, that seems to be ok, but if I say Obama is dumb, which he is, then I am somehow degrading him for being black. When you are not able to express you opinions due to PC, then they just fester within you.

You mean like Sarah Palin and the Family Guy episode? My opinion is that when political correctness soothes the ego of a Reichtwinger, then it's acceptable. When it slaps the hand of a Reichtwinger, then it's the worst thing under the sun.

PC is the opposite of "intelligence".

The fundamental act of INTELLIGENCE is the ability to DISCRIMINATE between 2 or more choices, and then choose the BEST SOLUTION.

Being "PC" FORCES people to ACT STUPID by pretending that ALL choices are equal, when they are not.

Our companies are LESS productive because of being PC.

Our workforce is LESS productive becauese of being PC.

Our Law Enforcement is less effective (ergo, our streets are more dangerous) because of being PC.

PC is by any and all account.... the OPPOSITE of intelligent behavior.

Political correctness is gay and I refuse to abide by it. Those who know me are aware of it. Those who can't handle it avoid me. I certainly haven't lost any worthwhile friends over it.
