whats the best way to get my website designs from fireworks cs3 to dreamweaver cs3 ?

dreamweaver is proving a bit of a nightmare ,, once i start off ill be fine,, is there anyway i can take all my images and colours etc into dreamweaver ???

Update:

cant open fireworks files in dreamweaver cause it cant open up PNG files that fireworks work in :((
