whats our penalty. im kinda scared?

me and 2 of my others friends caught an abandon house on fire, nobody got hurt. we live in texas and were all 15 years old.

    That's arson. It's a felony. It's the big time. Depending on the value of the building, it's either a second or third degree felony. A third degree felony carries a prison sentence of 2 to 10 years. A second degree felony carries a prison sentence of 2 to 20 years.

    Well if you set something on fire like that it is Arson. And it depend how they caught you. and if you ran. and yes it is jail time. I am sorry to say.

    well thats like setting a house for sale on fire because no one lives in it. you probably will go to jail

    If you are caught you could be charged with arson, which is a felony.
