shelled corn is 56 lbs/ bu
ear corn is 70 lbs/bu, though i think it was recently changed to 68 (due to change in composition over time)
I believe the common measurement is 48 ears per bushel, but not sure.
I assume you are talking about bushel baskets
if there are 160 bushel baskets, you have 160 bushels of ear corn
160 x 70 (or 68) = lbs ear corn
lbs ear corn x 0.8 = lbs shelled corn
lbs shelled corn / 56 = bushels of shelled corn
