    The USA is running an annual deficit of 1.5 Trillion dollars a year, and that trend is expected to continue for several more years, even using optimistic projections. This means the U$ government is basically printing 1.5 trillion dollars a year. Inflation makes the price of gold rise.

    Both yes and no

    Gold rate are international and cues are taken from comex

    but it affects Indian rupee and so can affect domestic prices

    example - rate of gold in new York is 1100$ an ounce and USDINR is at 47 so gold rate in India will be (1100*47) Rs 51700 an ounces

    But budget policy may appreciate rupee to 46 and then gold rate in India will be (1100*46) Rs 50600 an ounces

    Here is a graph showing the "inflation-adjusted" price of gold for the last 600 years or so;

    Unless you have reason to think that the world economy (and human nature) have suddenly & dramatically changed in some way in the last few years, gold MUST be going to between US$310 and US$630 in the very near future. Unless history is "wrong" somehow...

    (Gold does not "do" anything, it just sits there. That's why it has traded at roughly the same average price since the year 1515!...)

    If you want to invest in gold for speculative purposes you must know what you are doing. Yes, it's true, gold just sits there but at certain times that's exactly why you should be invested in gold. Is every person else having to do issues greater "manually" than with battery backup like i'm? i'm beginning as much as get somewhat bit carpal tunnel with each and all the masturbating I could desire to with my own arm and hand capacity! what's the international coming to once you may no longer purchase batteries to safeguard your self! Are we in a recession/melancholy or something? in any case, to reply to your question greater precisely, I could desire to soak up greater "MEAT" and supply up the goodies by using fact this drastic enhance in value to my magical batteries.
