Is it really a big deal if a toilet seat is left up in your household?

It isn't in mine. Nobody cares if its up or down.

    I used to get whacked when i was younger, so now it is a habit for me to put it back down.

    only in the morning or middle of the night. i hate assbaging the water half awake.
