WHAT"S THE DEAL WITH SONY !!!!?

how come sony doesn't give the customers what they want.how hard would it be to fix the psp with a second nub and make them both click able for zoom and melee.how hard would it be for cross game chat on the ps3.it's like sony keeps addressing issues ,just not the ones we care about. how do we ask sony ourselves this is just getting old.

Update:

1 I'm not a kid nor am i whinning.

2 just cuz their are 2 sticks does not mean the back catalog would be unplayable they just wouldn't use that stick.

2.5 making the pspgo did exactly what you said a second stick would do it alienated all of the people withumd discs.

3 cross game chat can't be trademarked or patented pc was doing it first. not microsoft.

4 the press confrence at e3 last year after the pspgo official announcement Jack trenton specifically addressed that their research/development team said that a maority of psp users were not interested in a second stick. that is BS!

Sony are Sony, they're in their own world sometimes. They have gotten much better recently though and are probably working on cross game chat and thinking about adding a second nub for the PSP. There are reasons why features haven't been implemented, basically money, time, and actual want

Here's the answer to both of your questions. If Sony were to add a second analog stick to the PSP, then it could not be called a PSP, because the games would not be compatible. If the PSP Go had two analog sticks, and a game was made for it, how would people with a regular PSP (which uses the exact same hardware), be able to play the game with only one analog stick? Answer, they can't, so the game would be misleading as being called a PSP game.

Sony may or may not add a second analog stick, but if they do, it will not be called a PSP, it will be the next generation, probably a PSP2.

As far as Cross Game Chat on the PS3, Sony can put it on, but it is a copyrighted by Micro$oft, which means as soon as they put it on, Micro$oft would sue them for using the technology. The same thing goes with using your own music during games. Micro$oft has it copyrighted, so the only thing Sony could do is allow developers to add it, which means it is up to developers to make use of it, not Sony.

Sony is working on a way to allow XGame voice chat, it just can't be done the same way as Micro$oft, and is the reason it is still not on the PS3.

Just because you don't have something on the PS3 or PSP doesn't mean Sony doesn't want you to have it, it is because it is either copyrighted or trademarked, or because there would be problems for other users of older products.

If you are not happy with Sony because they are limited to what they can do and are trying to find ways around it, then go to the competitor... oh, by the way, the competitor requires a fee to get online, and they have a failure rate of over 50%. Don't think Sony doesn't know what gamers want, you have trophies, don't you? And not only an online video service, but you can use Netflix as well.

Netflix is a good example of Sony working around a problem to get the feature to you. Micro$oft has a copyright as far as Netflix being accessible from the Dashboard (XMB in our case). Sony and Netflix's way around this is to use a Streaming Disc. Of course Sony could put it right on the XMB like Micro$oft, but then they would get sued, so the work around was to use a Streaming Disc.

While I understand your frustration, make sure you know why Sony can't just add stuff. It's not because they hate you, it's because they can't, until they can find a way around the problem. Everything isn't as easy as it seems.

doesn't matter the PSP is a 04 system why are they going to make another analog stick just because you are whining about not having another control stick PSP the PSP2 will probably contain a second analog stick so kids like you will stop whining and why care about cross game chat why am I going to chat with a friend while he and I play different games to me sounds really stupid so stop whining eventually they will get to it
