triops: day 2, water 22'c and my light has been on for more than 12 hrs a day. nothing hatching!?

hi, i've had my triops for 2days, admittingly, i didnt buy a kit i did it myself with some eggs in sand i bought off a guy, do you think he could have had me over? or are they so tiny you cant see them until a another day or two?

i dont have a magnifying glass, but my eye sight is REALLY good, i dont even see daphnia in the water. i used melt water as i couldnt collect rain water because of the snow, so i just ollected fresh snow, melted it and used that (my temperature has been 22' celcius constantly throughout, apparently thats an idel temp. so should i see anything yet?
