this is true with some Egyptians .
they depend on fahlawa`, take money and say they would start work after a week , but the day never comes .
still , many work well and know their duties .
therefore , dont hire anyone you dont know .
you have to employ laborors of good reputation who finished good work with others before you.

what u say is true in general but of course not all egyptians are like that.
the lower the social standard the less their have values like honesty, respect for time, respect for work ,keeping their words.
i think it is because homa matrabush 3ala ay keyam fel haya
it seems that the only moral they have is me3ak kersh tesawi kersh and elsamak elkebeer yakul el samak el soghier. low morals put in low movies. therefore by deduction these people are low!!!

I don't find that true at all, some lazy people might have that mentality but a lot of Egyptians in Egypt work extremely hard to build their careers and raise their families.
But still, it's not that hard to understand, without hard work one will never be successful.

God will only help you if you help yourself. You can't just sleep and expect to wake up a millionaire.
