    Honestly,

Pray seek help form a doctor Im not sure if you believe in Jesus but once you kill your self there is no coming back and there is no repenting, You need to talk to your family and ask them for help and support. U may just need a vacation or a change in you daily routine it would help if had you family remind you why you are so important to them! I know that there is love for you and that you can get the help you need but there is not much people on the computer can do. GO find help and reach out to the people that love you and express your self. It might be hard but it will be worth it!

    good luck!

Take a deep breath and if you're feeling suicidal. Get help. Immediately. I have dealt with depression for 10 years. There are a lot of coping mechanisms, books out there, etc. You are not going to find the magic answer on Yahoo! Answers. I would call a local mental health facility. You can even go to your family doctor for a reference, if you aren't sure where to turn. If it's urgent call 911 or the national suicide hotline 1-800-448-3000.

Good luck with everything. Until you get the help you receive, don't beat yourself up about the way you are feeling now. It is what it is, and you can and will deal with it.

You need to do some soul searching first. find out, was there any incident in your life that hurt you so much that you are having such thoughts. There is no one scientific way to avoid them because everything is mental and not physical. This is what you can do:-

    1) Speak out to someone close and someone you can blindly trust and see if he/she can think about any idea on how to make you stop thinking about it.

    2) If you do not trust anyone, try taking up some hobby and pursue it seriously alongside your work/studies so that your mind doesnt divert.

    3) If points 1 and 2 do not work, see a counselor / psychiatrist so you can get more professional help.

Just remember one thing, do not stay or speak to people who start judging you. Speak out to someone who supports you for the person you are, unconditionally.

This is exactly what I do: Think about things that you want to do, your goals or any kind of achievement, Happy thoughts =] always. Block your mind off of anything that makes you feel depressed or suicidal. Yes, I breathe and feel happy for the life I have, even if its really crappy sometimes. Feel stronger that your thoughts. Be stronger.

I also drink tea. Meditate, exercise, etc., but that's just me. Do things that make you feel good inside, whatever it is.

Pray. Seek a doctor. Tell your loved ones. This is serious, talk to someone and get help, there's not much a blogger can help you with that would substitute for the real thing.

Think happy thoughts... whenever you feel down and depressed just remind yourself of all the good things in your life... family, friends etc.
