First things first check whether you inserted your RAM and video card correctly into their slots.
Depending on the number of beeps you hear it may be RAM or video card. If the beeps are constant and continuous then it's the RAM memory if it does like 2 short beeps and a long one it's the video card. Also check if you didn't have an extra power cable plugged to your video card (some gaming video cards do need extra power to work)
Also be careful not be be charged with electrostatic electricity before touching these parts (wearing woolen sweaters sure do this or some synthetic clothes). Static electricity may damage RAM.
Check the rest of the cables if connected correctly, maybe you accidentally pulled one out while handling the named components.

Assuming you have an working equipment put in on any otherpersistent. once you turn on the computer continually faucet the F2 key to get admission to the computer BIO's (if no longer F2, seek for suggestion from dell for the best key) as quickly as interior the BIO's under the boot tab stands out as the boot order that are replaced.
