what does it mean when friends brother tells you that he thinks about "point to point"?

I find it funny that when a friends brother tell me that he thinks about me. he was in engaged and he ended the engagement. he turns around and says this to me I think about you "Point to Point" it threw me off like if he likes me or he don't know what he wants. so someone tell what does that mean please.
