On a super cell the flanking part of it is apt to develope a tornado...?

Yes, the rear or back side of the storm. That is the part that is dominated by the updraft and where the largest hail tends to fall. The flanking line is the line of building cumulus clouds immediately upwind of the main storm. The part where the building cumulus towers merge into the main cell is where the mesocyclone is most apt to form, the mesocyclone sometimes being the precursor for a tornado.

Yes that is called a wall cloud or a mesocyclone! :)

And yes that is the "funnel cloud"

Which is practically the tornado.

Infact it is a tornado once it touches the ground.

Well it is a funnel cloud intill it touches down..

Then it becomes a tornado.

So it is very posible it will touch down so listen for warnings and sirens.
