Custody of children help?
I want to go live with one of my friends in another state, My mom wants to know what legal forms does she need to make my friends parents legal guardians of me. Is this possible for my mom to give me to them if they agree and sign the forms? I really need to know and how does this work?

Only a court order can do that. Your mother can sign a paper - with DHHR - where another family member (or responsible person) would taken temporary custody of you. Your father can fight for custody. To make it legal, there would have to be a hearing before a judge - and your father and mother would have to agree to give custody to the other person.
