Early days yet, but I think Penrith will improve on last year's finish, the Chooks will have a better year, and Cronulla and Canberra will trouble a few of the front-runners.

Going up: Roosters, Canberra, Tigers, Rabbits
Going down: Manly, Dogs, Titans, Broncos

Tigers look stronger this year, especially if Tuqiri performs better than his recent efforts. Also the Titans look like genuine premiership contenders - Bird and Prince seem like a pretty good halves combo.

Ithink Roosters and Sharks can only go up and Im hoping they do but not too much lol
Tigers will. Panthers too.

I keep saying, you watch the cowboys this year, dont be surprised to see them improve lots this year with a healthy happy team
