ya why not 29 feb came after 4 years its not there mistake

As a Hindu you will have a chance of celebrating birthday on different days.
Because, according to the calendar we follow taking new moons next day as the first day of the new month starting with Chaitra month, refer in which year you were born for ex: if feb.29 in 1982 as Maagha sukla panchami, the next year this panchami falls on different date like march 5th, you can have birth day in march, similarly it would be another different date in the following years.
Follow the 'panchang' calendar.
"Wish you a happy birth day".
