Does my information from GTA4 count if I get GTA: Episodes From Liberty City?
GTA: Episodes From Liberty City is coming out for the ps3 on the 30th march which sounds proper good but what I want to know is whether my saved data and game completion will be recorded on that if I get it? It's slightly pointless getting all of the costumes again etc and such?

You will have your saved game data from the original GTA IV still on your Hard Drive and available to select and play from, but when you get the Episodes, they are completely different stories so they are saved in different slots so you will still have your original completion stats but just not on the Episode saves. As for Multi-player costumes, they are different for each of the episodes but you will still have your rank and have unlocked the costumes depending on what rank you are.
The Ballad of Gay Tony brings a lot of cool new features such as parachuting and new vehicles and weapons etc.
The Lost and Damned is not so good in my opinion.

Yes. Even better, if you download episodes to your hard drive, you can play through GTA4 disk.
I think that works same for ps3 as it does xbox360
