Is there a way to store bell peppers yet still maintain crispness?

...outside of using green bags and containers.

    well not for raw eating

However ,you can dice and freeze them for cooking, but this is the only way I have found to keep them from getting all wrinkled up.

first wash your hands then wash the frigde with soap and water and a little bleach.all so clean the out side of the frigde and handle.then wash all your fruits.but not your Watermelon this can only be dry cleaned.then wash the pepper with a little dish water with a wet cloth and dry fast.If you come from out side the house from working on a job or store with friends and love ones or restroom.before you go in the frigde wash your hands.this will make your food last longer. don't freeze them.Or put them in a paper bag will not pro long the life.put them in the middle of the fridge.this will do the trick.

I just store them in the veggie crisper in the fridge, and they seem to be OK
