Why do the politicians beat up on Toyota when the drug Avandia kills 300 people a month?

Do you think it's so government motors GM can sell some cars and that the pols know that "big Pharma" will cut off their campaign contributions ? Shouldn't the CEO of Glasco Smith Kline be in front of a committee or in jail for murder..what about the FDA director? they knew/know the drug is killing people!

    Seems like people are forgetting about the vehicle that was known to explode if rear ended, but the execs decided that lawsuits were a cheaper option than producing fine quality exploding Ford Pintos

    Stuff like this happens a lot...

    Last month, there were contaminated Tylenols sold to consumers...
