All foods high in fiber, with no fat. Also, drinking ONLY water is vital to cutting your weight down. There's so many calories and sugars in flavored drinks that it's nearly impossible to lose weight when you drink soda's consistantly, or juices.
On a nutrition label it states:
Calories 100 Calories from fat 15
If the calories from fat is a high number, DON'T eat it.
Wheaties cereal - 100 calories - 5 calories from fat
Canned Tuna - 100 calories in the entire can - 1g of fat
Vegetables (any) - All veggies are high in fiber. Fiber makes you feel fuller for longer, and also helps with digestion. The less food in your pooper, the less you weigh.
There's too many to name, but you get the idea.

celery (good for digestion)+carrots (carotene is perfect for the body)+ potatoes (will supply you energy) + onions (good flavoring) beef (will give you protein for the growth of muscles)= a hearty stew-yum!
oats (fiber, energy, nutrients)+Fruit(fiber) +fat free yogurt (calcium)= yogurt topped with oats and fruit- yum!

drink plenty of water with lemon and milk (if you are a woman) and eat things with fiber (but dont over do it)
walk for 30 minutes and snack small quantities throughout the day. substitute heavy comfort snacks with a pretzel or air popped popcorn, fruit, sun salsa chips, and whatever seems right that wont make you tight in the pants.
you must except your body and dont be too hard on yourself. good luck and dont give up.
