friend has virus, uses my computer?

my friend has a virus on her computer, if she logs on to her accounts using my computer, will my computer pick up her virus?

    If she received the virus through an email or a website, then if she logs onto that particular site or opens that email you'll receive the virus as well. Best just to not let her on.

    There's a lot of people out there who pay for anti-virus software or go without when Microsoft offers Microsoft Security Essentials for free and a lot of internet providers offers Norton, McAfee, Trend Micro, CA anti-virus for free. EVERYBODY needs to check with their internet provider especially y'all Comcast and Road Runner customers, I know y'all got it...or download Microsoft Security Essentials. There's absolutely no reason anybody should be having virus problems.

    no, but dont let her open attachments or visit crap sites that flood you with crap.you need to tell her to fix her comp and stay away from yours. If shes using yours because she did dumb thing(to get virus) to hers....... doesnt that sound dumb on your part. I can see both of you sitting around with no comps cause she messed yours up too. Think smart. PRIVACY/SECURITY

    If your PC have any anivirus software then virus does not comes to your pc.
