Lol what is a RSS feed?
if I knew the details I wouldn't ask the question, but although I know how I could find the answer, I've never bothered so ok for this old man what is a RSS feed see them all the time and don't know what they are:)
The first one giving the correct answer will get 10 points because I don't like people that leave best answer to voters.
Well I'm trying to give you the best answer and will when it when it shows me I can. Haven't ask but a few questions total, eh and I don't see where to give you 10 points but when I do it will click for you. Going to bed was waiting for an answer, I checked yours with wikipedia, checked out, now will sleep on it because I cant's see how to award your point yet, nite :)

provide users with frequently updated works such as blog entries, news headlines, audio, video, questions (in yahoo answer).
you can identify web pages which support RSS feed in "RSS feed mark" in some where of page or address bar.
