Is it possible to drive from Lebanon - Syria - Turkey - Greece - all the way to Spain ?

This crazy idea just crossed my mind ... I have seen several cities in the US ... I need to see the old world !

- is it possible for a Lebanese citizen to drive all the way to spain passing by several countries (Turkey, Greece, Bulgaria, Austria, Germany, switzerland, Italy, France, Spain ... ?

- is it safe to drive with my car ? will i have huge trouble on each border ?

i was thinking since Syria and Turkey does not require a visa from a lebanese citizen , so I just need a EU visa to enter greece and all other EU countries ...

Better start contacting those other embassies to learn if you need a visa or not. If they tell you that you don't need a visa then get it in writing. Also keep at had all the phone numbers of the embassies.

Do the hard work now, I'm sure you don't want to travel half the continent only to be turned around.

As for safety: nothing is safe, you can robbed and hurt even in your own home; so don't trust anyone, trace a travel plan, avoid dangerous situations, don't look like a "tourist", keep emergency numbers at hand (even better if you memorize them), and drive safe.

Wow, do you elect to piss off the Turks, or what? Turkey is in no way a factor of the Arab usa. merely FYI, the Arabs have been vassals, or servants of the Ottoman Turkish Empire. And, no person is bombing Syria, Iraq and Iran. you actual need to get your education precise. by making use of the way, screaming in all caps does not make you sound any credible the two. .

It's possible and I think it's safe. My grandparents did it many years ago... Their final destination was Greece though.

Get your EU visa and go on your trip. It should be fun!

It is possible. Contact the embassy before for the visas and make sure you know the directions. Good luck!
