what to do after a 5 days of excercising?
I'm on a diet, been eatingg healthy, excercising five times a day. from monday to friday .. but now i want to use saterday and sunday to relax my muscles.. . but i don't want to gain weight because i've lost 2 kilo already this week. so i wanna take it slow, but i don't want to gain everything back on the weekend . so my quiestion is what is best for me to do on the weekends.

I wouldn't worry about it, because the weight you've loss shouldn't be the kind that you gain back that easily. As long as you continue eating healthy you should be fine.
Also, it's better to have a schedule where you take off one day in between exercise days, if possible. Like taking off Tuesday and Thursday or something.
