    It's an interesting breaching experiment, but there are easy ways around it. My personal favourite would be a simple switch along the lines of:

    {{#ifexpr: ({{#time:U}} mod 2) > 0|sentence with an odd number of words|sentence with even number of words}}.

    Thus, whenever the page was re-rendered, the page would randomly have either a sentence with an odd number of words or a sentence with an even number of words. By using the same sentence, but with one having a redundant word, say, there would be a suitable workaround.
