How do I mix 2 picks together trying to figure out?

I have 2 picks one is a circle type and the other is an insignia,I'm trying to place the insignia in the midle of the circle type pic.I don't know how, would really appreciated if someone told me how.I'm trying to make it into one pic the insignia in the middle of the circle pic,it should look like one pic.I thank you in avdance.

    You need an image editor.

    I would recommend Paint Shop Pro, but you could get Gimp. Gimp is free, and you have to pay for Paint Shop Pro.

    Open the circle pic in the editor.

    Open the insignia pic as well.

    Copy the insignia.

    Paste it in the circle pic.

    You should be able to move the insignia to the middle of the circle.

    You may need to paste it as another layer. This will allow you to move the layer around to get insignia where you want. If you did not paste it as another layer, it would be harder to move insignia around if you don't put it in the right spot, or you want to try some different spots.
