What are some tips for Runescape?? I started playing it today!!?

Ok. First of all, Welcome to Runescape! Now the game is pretty big and there is soo much to do. So for starters do some quests in Lumbridge( Started area) Do the cook's assistant, its the simplest quest and will get you started. Explore! Don't worry about levels yet, (don't go too far and get lost and die :D) Once you're done you can start leveling and killing monsters and remember to check your quests and do the ones you can do. I haven't played in a while but I was a level 90 veteran. I agree with what the other person said, don't trust anyone, even if you trust them don't trust them. Selling wood is a good way to make some starting scratch. Look at a world map and memorize it. Travel around just learning the map. Don't become a member unless you are really high level and know what you are doing. I liked fishing and selling fish to the fish store in Port Seram then going to Karamja and fishing off the docks and getting lobbies and swordfish then selling them back in Port Seram. Mining is the way to go though. Never sell all your stuff at once unless you want to risk losing it all if they scam you.

Ok, remeber to pull out the world map and use it so it would be easy on you. If you're not in Lumby then teleport there and go east to the church and there should be some Man or Womans there to kill. Kill them and pick up the stuff, bury the bones too. If you need money go across the brigde and go North to get cowhides( get as many as you want and go sell them for 100 gp or more). dont trust anybody on that game. If they see your low level

they will try to take advantage of u...also if someone randomly

starts trading with u and they give you expensive stuff or

a lot of money, dont really get too happy bcuz most likely

they will take it back and laugh at u and walk away.
