why doesn't disney sell the power ranger title ?

they could sell it to someone or some company and make a ton of money they dont need the line after acquiring MARVEL. So if they sell the power ranger line, the buyer can remake the series and do a Kamen Rider dragon knight thing all american but just put more money into creating it and make a movie out of it
