First: get another lawyer and file an appeal, do it quickly because you have a limited amount of time to file an appeal of divorce rulings.

Second: Spousal support as far as I have ever seen is the responsibilty of the receiving spouse to collect it does not go through an agency like child support. And if he is ordered to pay it and doesn't you take him back to court for contempt. There is no one or no agency that is going to make sure he pays alimony.

Third: IF you disagree with the settlement, why did you sign it?
