Why do I keep getting an error 500 message when I go to yahoo!answers on my desktop computer?

I have been unable to access yahoo!answers for about a week. No problem on my laptop, though.

    It is possible that you have a bad cache file. Clear your history, temporary files (be patient) & cookies, then restart the computer and retry. This HELP link has instructions: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/yahoomail/se... .

    Also, be sure you have the latest Java and Flash downloaded, Java scripting enabled, and are using a standard browser like IE or Firefox. Some non-standard browsers don't work right on here.
