LG voyager cell phone turns off?

hey that happend to me with my EnV. the guy at the store asked me if i use mobile IM if u do stop using it and get it erased from your phones memory ( they can do it at the store) it causes the phone to glitch.

2)the battery may be dead. you can prob get a new one for like 20$ at the Verizon store

3)water damage. they can always tell if there is water damage. there is a little sticker with polka dots on it when it gets wet it turns red. so they can find out that way

my dad started a little commotion with the people saying this phone is a piece of junk. and ect. saying all the flaws not including the part where is shuts off. Call the main HQ and talk to a supervisor they credited my account 50$ to get a replacement. i swear it worked. (have someone who isnt really afraid to yell at a person on a phone talk to the people at the HQ. its was easier.
