HI if somebody deleted the history in your computer can you retrieve the information back ?
and how could i retrieve the information back again any advice ?

The history file are just like any other files on your computer, the data is not ever actually lost until you write over the same position on the hard drive with more data. So you may be able to use a file recovery software to re-acquire that data. However it is quite hard and such small files as those that keep your browsing history can easily be overwritten within second after they have been "deleted".

Yes of course you can. There are programs like undelete that will do this for you keep in mind the deleted files can be corrupted and unreadable though.
