I know there is a stigma about powder or mineral foundation. That people say you should use liquid no matter what. I disagree with that statement and in this summer heat I don't want to feel gross with liquid foundation on. Sometimes powder foundation yes can cake or look too powdery and your face doesn't have that natural dewy glow. If there are makeup fixes for everything else I'm sure that there is one for this issue. Would using something like shimmer sheets help? Or elf's shimmering facial whip?

I know no one can necessarily predict that and they can't know what someone else is thinking. But I can't help but want answers. I had an interview today at Angelica's linens. My interview was at 11:00 am. I live one town over and it's an hour away. There was a lot of traffic so I called in to let them know id be late. The receptionist said if I cannot make it in at 11 then I can't come today because it would mess up the interviewers schedule and they have a lot of people coming in. I asked if I could reschedule and she said that they would call me back on Tuesday or Wednesday and keep my application because Wednesday's are the only day they do interviews. Am I screwed?

Hi. Im a half white half Asian tomboy who barely started learning about makeup(going for a natural look obviously) for work purposes(to look good in interviews since you know people judge you). Because of my race obviously I'm bothered with having the double lid deal which hides my lashes and doesn't allow them to fan out and my eyes are small. The lashes are super fine and not voluptuous at all. I've heard a few makeup gurus on YouTube say stuff that the brush matters like if it's curved or small. I have a walgreens, target and walmart in the town I live in. So I guess that helps narrow down what brands i should look for. What are your recommendations? I don't really have the budget for extremely high end stuff so don't tell me to drive 2-3 hours out of town to the mall just to go to sephora or Mac >_<

When you list the product please let me know all the benefits like if it lengthens & volumizes or if it doesn't clump or flake. Id prefer a good waterproof brand since it's summer and if I'm driving to an interview out of town i don't want smudging. I've heard a lot of people say that to achieve the best results for my issue is to combine two different mascaras such as a lengthening one and volumizing one. So please recommend your combinations or stand alone products that do both. Thanks.

This will be long but please read. I've been friends with this guy, I'm just going to call him Felix, for about 3 years now. We have supported each other through these hard times and I've helped him out of his shell. He was a rape victim with Chronic Depression and My boyfriend & I have been his only friends. But just recently I started to notice that he's becoming too friendly with my younger brother. Why is this a problem you ask? Well my younger brother left the family when my father was in a terrible state. My father's health was failing and my younger brother didn't want to deal with it. He went to go live with his girlfriend and lied to everyone about the situation and said I was a controlling ***** who starved him when in reality we didn't have much money since most of it was going towards my father's health expenses. Last year after my father died my younger brother got into contact with me after his girlfriend kicked him out. I decided to give him a second chance but within a few months I realized he hasn't changed. He is still manipulative and using me for my shelter, money, food and he hasn't even tried to get a job.

Now back to my friend "Felix" well I've noticed that whenever he comes over and stays a few nights over(in the guest bedroom of course) he will stay up and conversate with my younger brother. Felix has seen first hand how my brother treats me and at first he used to act bitter towards him. Now he gave him phone number and his a xbox live gamertag and they text each other. Previously Felix said that he wanted someone to play minecraft with and he said that it seemed like we weren't interested. This i say is complete bullshit because im open minded and willing to do anything. My younger brother has recently picked up minecraft so I'm sure you see where this is going. My brother said Felix was texting him about minecraft. When I confronted Felix he retorted with an excuse saying:"well I'm not going to force something on you"

Hey there. I'm 22 years old and am a tom boy(I have three brothers and only one sister). Most of my life my mom usually picked out my clothes for me so it in a way looked like I was a girly girl but no really by choice. After she died when I was 13 I didn't have a female figure to look up to and my dad started raising me from then on. Since then I usually wear band t-shirts, skinny jeans, regular jeans, tripp pants, graphic t-shirts, and hoodies. What most people would see as a "goth" or "gamer" basically but I don't really like labels. As I've grown older I want to also develop a sense of style that still stays true to who I am but is also sexy. My boyfriend loves me for my "t-shirt and jeans girl" type of style but at the same time my inner "love freak" is like :"I want to dress nice and feel sexy around him". Yeah surprise surprise, a 22 year old still has low self esteem. I just noticed that when my mom would dress me I'd feel a lot more confident and prettier. Now i'm just like:"Do i look like a lesbian to people?" I don't know. I'd really like to understand fashion and how I can go shopping for myself in terms of this. If anyone can recommend any styling tips that'd be great or how to understand fashion in general or recommend any stores. If this helps at all I'm rather petite half asian half white and i'm a brunette.

So right now my friend, boyfriend, and I are all in a desperate situation. We were all planning on getting a low income apartment to get away from our corrupt families who really aren't helping us. But my friend is being difficult. You see, he's a rape victim and has a bit of "depressive" issues. I try to be patient with him but I am on my last nerve. My boyfriend and I, who are older than him and more aware of stuff usually make decisions but our friend stays quiet. Then later on yells at us and says he never gets to make decisions when i told him he could. Then he acts like everything is all cool but later on says were not and starts pointing out all my imperfections. I cannot live with someone who lies, doesn't respect me or understand that no one is perfect, and basically doesn't want to help themselves. I've tried to help this friend of mine because I don't want him to live in his abusive house anymore but all he ever does is push me away. Not to mention he is not willing to "relocate" to another city that has low income just because of a girl, which quite frankly i think is foolish. The town we live in doesn't have many jobs, basically a small town which is why relocation is probably going to happen. I know most of you would be like:"leave him behind!" or "why are you still trying?!". I try to think of it this way, would I want someone to leave me behind in that situation? I know I would want someone to help me...

So I got this notification in the mail about being able to get access to your case online. I'm registered with the site but it keeps asking me to apply for benefits when I already have food stamps. Isn't there a way to type in your case number and be able to talk to your case worker?

I know that there is the cap program but that is only for emission related repairs. Currently, I am on food stamps and living in my brother's house where he pays all the bills but doesn't pay for anything for me and my boyfriend pays for the insurance on the car, gas, and cleaning supplies because that is simply all we can really afford. I have access to the computer because it's my brother's. Anyways I am wondering if there are any programs to help people repair their car if they don't have a lot of money. I have a 2000 Honda civic that has a lot of problems and I'd really like to get it repaired so I can get a job. Currently the track on the window is bent, there is no air conditioning system, two of the tires need to be fixed and it needs an air compressor. I would really like it to be suitable to be driven so i have a reliable source of transportation. Currently I'm attending a class through one of the government programs to get job experience but I"m only at the point where I haven't been placed on the site. The class doesn't provide transportation, so as I said, I would really like to be able to get to the said site and finally get a job.

So I'm not making a lot of money right now and I've been with chase because when I turned 18 my dad made me an account. But i'm not satisfied because they expect you to have 500 dollars so a fee won't be charged and I"m sick of those stupid fees. Also they stopped letting me view my account balances online. So what bank can i go to that won't charge me dumb fees and will stop doing this to me?

So microsoft said that youtube would be available for the 360 on the 6th but all it says on my xbox 360 dashboard when i go to it is:"coming soon". WTF? Also yes my membership for live is still active so not it has nothing to do with not paying for live. What the hell is going on though

Many people I know say they've gotten their jobs through craigslist but all my boyfriend and i have run into are scams or commission jobs. How can we tell if its fake or not? what are the obvious signs?

In this horrible economy what jobs are thriving and available other than nurses, chefs, truck drivers, cnas, and dentists? I'm just wondering because my boyfriend has experience in a lot of manual labor type jobs but it seems like he might have to change careers...

Ok, while i'm well aware that yahoo isn't the doctor's office I know there are a few users on here that ARE doctors. Anyways for the past few years(his mom was on medi cal, cheap medical care so that explains why it's taken this long for a cause for alarm) my boyfriend has had some kind of diahrrea. But just recently it has progressed to the point where 10 minutes after eating he has to go to the bathroom and sometimes the stool is yellow colored. Now the two of us are on food stamps and medi cal and he works a part time job that only earns him $500 a month and I'm still in the probation period of my new job they won't pay me until i've worked for free for two weeks. Note we also live with my brother. Anyways if we could we would have excellent health care but so far we can only afford cheapy deapy government health care that will only provide you with so much until you have to go to another facility that's 2 hrs away. We've already been to hospital here a few times and they didn't take us seriously and just told us to go see a specialist that lives in a city 3 hours away. If it helps any, when i had a infection but had leftover antibiotics since I didn't need to take them all i did give a few to my boyfriend since I figured it might be an infection and it seemed to help a little. So what do you think is wrong with him?

I have a 2 year old male miniature schnauzer named Clauss. He is usually very hyper, friendly, and loving. A few days ago he stepped on a sharp rock and one of his toes got a cut on it and it became swollen. I've been soaking his foot in Epsom salt and putting neosporin on it. The swelling went down but the cut is still there. I put bandages on his foot so the cut does not reopen or get infected. Even though he's not limping like he was before and he can walk he still seems moody. Is it because of the fact he got injured or the fact I'm putting something on his foot all the time? Whenever I leave the house I see that he's torn off the bandages

Hello. I"m 20 years old and I was wondering if there are any job training programs that don't require you to go to a college or be student. I currently live in california in my deceased father's house with my bf who is partly employed. The only job experience that I have is doing things for my family. It is fairly obvious that no one takes me seriously enough to give me a job. I graduated from high school two years ago. The specific city that I live in is Los Banos. There is a worknet here, could I go there and take a few classes for free? I'm also currently on food stamps and medi-cal. I really want to stop being on those and make a living for myself. A lot of people say that college is good but its not really doing anything for anyone as far as ive heard. Most people going to college or that have graduated from college either don't get hired or they don't get hired for something they were trained for. So please, don't criticize me and let me know if there are any programs I can participate in without having to pay tons of fees and what not. Thank you.

So I've heard that for some reason in women the first place they gain weight is their breasts... and the same concept applies to when they lose weight. Right now I'm 127 lbs and i'm 5'4. Before like two years ago I was 102 lbs and 5'3. I gained weight because to be considerate to my dad I ate nothing but ramen so he could save money. Now i'm regretting it and i'm on my own so I'm on a low carb diet. What can i do to prevent my breasts from getting smaller? Right now I'm a 36A and 2 years ago I was a 34A

This is very embarassing for me to talk about. But I have to get it out there since I am desperate for answers. I am 20 years old and have been with my boyfriend for seven years. We started having sex a year ago... slowly learning things. As time went on I felt I wasn't normal. In the beginning my bf was a premmie and has progressed to being able to last 30 mins. But I notice that whilst having sex I get this feeling that I have to pee which I am told that if left alone will lead to a normal orgasm. But since my bf usually orgasms before me we'd stop and then shortly afterward I'd go to the bathroom and dispense this clear liquid. I didn't feel that it was very intense. During the beginning though my father was till alive so sex was rushed. Now my dad is dead and were living in his house with my older brother who helps us pay the bills since we only have part time jobs and don't make enough to live on our own. I wonder if maybe my body has gotten into routine with the whole rush it thing and maybe if my bf has too. On another note I became curious about my sex life because I watched strictly sex with dr drew. The episode was about orgasms. He said if you have any kind of nerve affecting disease that it will affect your ability to orgasm. I know that I was born prematurely and with a minor form of cerebral palsy. When my mom was pregnant with me she fell and her cord wrapped around my neck causing me to lose air and brain cells. During my childhood I had to take speech classes and coordination classes until I was 10 years old. I'm fine now the only issue I have is my short term memory loss due to my cerebral palsy not to mention I am near sighted so I have to wear contacts or glasses. So does any of that affect my ability to orgasm since when under pressure to it seems like I can't and when I apparently do it doesn't feel right? I'm confused... someone please help me.
