What is the best bank for me to use?

So I'm not making a lot of money right now and I've been with chase because when I turned 18 my dad made me an account. But i'm not satisfied because they expect you to have 500 dollars so a fee won't be charged and I"m sick of those stupid fees. Also they stopped letting me view my account balances online. So what bank can i go to that won't charge me dumb fees and will stop doing this to me?

I'm pretty sure every large national bank charges maintenance fees if you don't keep enough money in your account. You should look at local credit unions near you, but most will have fees too.

I thought Chase has some accounts without fees? Interesting and why can't you view your account online? That's new to me.

Anyway, yeah, you're pretty much stuck unless a local credit union near you has fee-less accounts.

P.S. If someone does send you a link to a bank, it's not worth it to try to get an account at the bank if they don't have a branch (location) near you. If you live in Oregon and the closest branch is in Iowa, it's kind of pointless.
