color combination with sky blue?
what text color should i choose if my background is sky blue.
Considering eye strain and readability in to account.

Normally you can take a slightly brighter or darker color than the background for text and it'll look fine.
For sky blue (#6495ed), since it's actually a fair bit desaturated you can get away with white for a text color.
Other colors to consider would be:
#c4d9ff
#2f4676
#05303c
