No audio from my computer?

I installed a MSI RS482M4 (MS-7191) motherboard, and installed the driver from their websuite, but the the usb ports won't work, and it says there's no audio playback device, but everything else works. what's going on? I can build a computer from scrap, but I have no idea about programing.

    If you can’t find the right Audio drivers manually I would recommend just getting a software program that can do it for you. There is a program I use which will find drivers for just about all hardware devices. The best part is it takes a snapshot of your system specifications and matches the right driver to go with it.
