Do what I did when I was in 8th grade. I put a very thin line of black eye-liner on the bottom inner rim and the top on the lash line. It made my eyes pop, the guys gave me compliments daily and my parents didn't even notice! Works!

    Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 users

    1. Open Internet Explorer

    2. Click Tools

    3. Click Options

    4. Click the Privacy tab

    5. At the bottom of the Privacy tab you should have a Pop-up Blocker section. If you wish pop-ups to be blocked check the "Block pop-ups" option.

    Mozilla Firefox users

    1. Open Mozilla Firefox

    2. Click Tools

    3. Click Options

    4. Click the Web features button on the left hand side of the Options window.

    5. By default this feature should be enabled if you wish to disable the feature, uncheck "Block Popup Windows." If you have allowed popups on a site you wish to now block you can also click "Allowed sites" in this window and remove any sites you wish to block any popup on.

If you notice your computer encounters the problems of unwanted pop up, or if your computer is obviously slower than the normal at performing routine tasks, there may have some Spyware running on your computer without you knowing it!

Use a pop up blocker to block it.

    http://popup-stoping.com/

    or

you can block it manually under the steps.

    Step1

Press the Esc key one time. If this does not help, press Ctrl, Alt, and

Delete keys all at the same time. If a programs screen appears, select end task and left click your mouse one time. If another screen appears select end task and left click your mouse one more time. Hopefully your mission is accomplished with this five second procedure.

    Step2

If step one worked for you, you'll probably have to do it again each time you connect to the Internet, but only once per visit, until you go into your computer and delete this file that keeps popping up from your computer.

    Step3

If the above procedure is working for you, great. However, they may return again as invisible pop ups. When you're computer appears to be stalling for longer than normal, try the above procedure again, to see if the same program screen reappears. (Invisible pop ups are done away with in the same manner).

    Step4

If the procedure mentioned above did not help, disconnect from the Internet. Press Start, then control panel, then Internet preferences.

    Delete cookies and search history.

    Step5

If the above attempts were not enough, delete the user name and use

    another one.

    Step6

If the above attempts were not enough yet,

    your computer is infected spyware.

    Scan your Spyware/Adaware

    Step 7

If IE pop up,you can manage your IE by using Cleaner tool.

I have brown eyes and my go to makeup trick is to use gold eyeliner. It really flatters my eyes, and picks of the gold flecks that most brown-eyed girls have. I first got mine at Sephora just to try it out, and now I use it all the time! You'd think it would be very unnatural looking, but you can hardly notice it! Like I said, I use it a lot, and my friends didnt even notice until we went on a trip together and they saw me put on makeup haha It definitely flatters brown eyes the most (I tried it on my blue-eyed mother but it didnt have quite the same effect haha) I got mine at Sephora, it was just a $5 mini-eyeliner pencil. And even though I use it so often, and it's so small, it's lasted me over 2 years! (That's probably longer than I should keep it though, all makeup expires and should be replaced after a period of time) Specifically, it's color 07 "golden sand" And the best part about this is that unlike most eyeliners, you don't have to apply it very carefully. Normally if you put on brown or black or colored eyeliners, you have to apply a very thin, perfect line so it won't look messy, or it will look more natural, but even if you have a thick line of this eyeliner, and it's not perfect, you cant even notice it, and it even looks better! Hope this helped :) Edit: Oh, and something else I really love (idk now if it makes brown eyes pop per se, but it definitely makes my eyes look better) is Mary Kay's black-brown lengthening mascara. I just love it because it makes my eyelashes look so much fuller, and never clumps and is a much more natural looking shade than either black or brown. I absolutely love the stuff. I just lost by bottle so I have to wait while I order a new one though :( haha

    Using Pop-up Blocker

When you install SP2, Pop-up Blocker is turned on in Internet Explorer and set to the medium setting, which means it will block most automatic pop-ups. The default settings for

when a pop-up is blocked. You can adjust these settings so that Pop-up Blocker works the way you want it to.

    To change Pop-up Blocker settings

    1. Open Internet Explorer.

    2. On the Tools menu, point to Pop-up Blocker, and then click Pop-up Blocker Settings.

    Internet Explorer Tools menu

If you want to see pop-up windows from a specific Web site, type the address (or URL) of the site in the Address of Web site to allow box, and then click Add.

    Pop-up Blocker Settings window

Tip To temporarily allow a site to display pop-ups, click the Information Bar when it notifies you that a pop-up has been blocked. Then click Temporarily Allow Pop-ups.

To block pop-ups even if they are launched when you click a link or button on a Web site

    1. Open Internet Explorer.

    2. On the Tools menu, point to Pop-up Blocker, and then click Pop-up Blocker Settings.

    3. Select the High setting in the box near the bottom of the dialog box.

Note If you want to see pop-ups that are blocked when you have this setting turned on, hold down the CTRL key while the window opens.
