Ahhh the caribbean my favourite holiday destination, however be warned ithe islands are not as friendly as they used to be there has been an increase in crime in Antigua and Bahamas. However lets leave those nasty things aside, on a more positive note I beleive now will be the right time to book a Caribbean cruise some great deals on http://www.cruise.co.uk./ Also you will find most standard 14 night cruises will include a flight however yif you have a bit more cash and bit of time you can select a longer voyage from Southampton. I beleive P&O cruises has some great caribbean itineraries from Southampton as well as P&O cruises.
I hope this has helped

From the Caribbean or to it? Either way, the answer is yes, potentially. Caribbean cruises originate from many ports on the East Coast and there are some cruise ports you might not think of, such as New Orleans.
If you truly want to cruise FROM the Caribbean, I know Royal Caribbean sails from Puerto Rico and there may be others as well.
Good luck.

You can't cruise from the caribbean without flying unless you are already in the Caribbean but you can cruise to the caribbean with no flights just ship.
Carnival leaves from MD, SC, FL, TX, AL, LA and NY.

I gather that you mean -cruise to the Caribbean without flying. The answer to that is yes, if you live within driving distance of an Eastern U.S. port. If you live in the midwest or the west, it would be difficult to do.
Ships leave from N.Y., N.J., Phila., Baltimore, Florida, and other southern states. If you're looking for Winter sun, You must live in a northern state.
Also, if you wait a few weeks, Spring will be here, and you wont have to leave at all.

Well, you will have to depart from a US port(such as Tampa, Galveston, Miami). Then, you will cruise to the Caribbean and back to the original port of departure. I dont see the need for a flight as long as you can drive to the ports. See link below for great cruise deals.
