Not long ago they spent over $6million restoring the Church of Christ the saviour.

Unless you are a multi millionaire i doubt you would be able to afford an apartment within the golden ring of Moscow.( Moscow is the worlds third most expensive city in the world to live in )

Perhaps you should have a look on the internet at places such as Alexandria park.

Russia is no third world country.

It is only portrayed as being third world by some media idiots.

There are poorer parts of course such as Irkutsk for instance.

But there are poor parts in every country including America and Britain..

For sure you will find lot of towns in USA which look the same like Detroit.

Its everywhere. Some sububrs nice,some not so much.

communal apartments are decades old and not built to last. the government does not want to put money into newer, safer building projects. they don't give a sht if the building you live in collapses on itself.

Russia = 3rd world country with nukes posing as a superpower.
