Looking for a quick & easy Biscuit/Cookie recipe to make for kids lunch boxes.....?

Doesn't have to be a healthy one either....Any recipes that are gluten free & lactose free would be great too if you have any....Hope you can help me out....

    I know you say pasta but they won't want pasta everyday, I am a fan of the tuna sweetcorn mayonnaise, but, for a change I do like Brown rice cold with some added cooked chicken, and then add pretty much what the kids will eat, peas/sweetcorn etc... or a bit of chopped spring onion a few diced bits of pepper.. really anything can go and it is very good for you, I was surprised after I tried brown rice i thought it was for health fanatics and it would not be pleasant but I do not buy white rice anymore, You can also cook two days worth of rice and keep it in the fridge, the kids could make their own creations at least they would enjoy eating it if they made it up themselves the night before.
