Designing A Bridesmaid Dress?

My friend is getting married and she is having a hard time trying to design her bridesmaids dresses. So I thought I would try to find something online that I can design the dresses. Just to get ideas not to order the design we think of.

I've seen a few but they aren't that good. I want something that can help me design the neck line, bodice, dress length, colour, straps, sash etc.

The only one that has been of some help was coco myles. I did find one once that was perfect but I cannot remember the site, or even what I typed into google to get it.

Any help would be great thanks.
