Is it possible to use ps1 Multitap to play Poy Poy on a ps1 with ps1 and ps2 controllers?

yes its ok. ps1 controls work with ps2 weather they have analogs or not. it mostly depends on the game. if the game dosnt require analogs than you dont need a control with analogs.
