Visa Gift Card's are pretty much the same as a Visa card, but they're prepaid. Will they accept it?

Yes, Visa Gift Cards are accepted anywhere visa debit cards are accepted. Just be sure the cashier runs the transaction as a Credit Card, otherwise you'll be asked for a pin number.
