London dispersion forces are the interactions of molecules in a medium from one another and hydrogen bonding is the tendency of hydrogen bonded elements to be polar which causes the hydrogen atoms to become slightly positive and will line up with the negatively charged bonded atoms.

Hydrogen bonding could be said to be a type of london force.
