What housing programs are available to young adults at low cost?Particularly in South Florida.?
Me and my mothe don't get along. She's always hitting me up for cash when payday comes. I only get about $145 per check. (I have a medical condition I have to follow up with, phone, overdue college tuition and other personal expenses). Is there like a housing I could go to stay at a low cost or a program that helps young college students like me?

Your college should have a housing department. The only "program" out there for students is a student loan, you are allowed to use them for housing. There is no way this country could afford to house every college student for free.
