Update your driver, you can try Driver Robot, It will scan your system and locate the exact drivers you need to update automatically.

For your graphics card put in your adapter type in google and you can download that driver free. This is the same for all hardware. put it in google and download. to find out what you have click on start and go to my computer and right click and go to properties. Then enter device manager.
