Actually, Shat was supposedly a Shakespearean actor at the renowned Stratford Festival just an hour down the road from where I live before moving on to Star Trek. (Makes sense since he's probably as old as Shakespeare.) And like his acting or not, there really is no other Capt. James T. Kirk that compares.
