Can I race a 1986 Fuji Team Fuji?
I have a 1986 Fuji Team Fuji with full Suntour Sprint and it fits me great and has clipless Look Keo Sprint. Would this be race worthy for just entry level racing? I can go fast on it. I can out run my friend's Orbea Aspin no problem if this helps. Any input would be appreciated.

You determine how race ready you are not the bike. You can outrun your friend not his bike. I have seen people that are very fast on older heavier bikes but weight only becomes a factor when climbing hills. I have a ways to go before I start worrying about my bike weight.

The last time I raced on my 1973 Raleigh Professional, it was 27 years old, crashed it and bent the frame, otherwise I might be riding it still. I have had better, more up to date bikes since, but never had better success than I did on my old Raleigh

I had one of those, all steel, orange, and heavy as heck.... but once moving it would not stop.
You sure can ride it! it is retro as heck, but it is the rider and not the ride that counts. You may get a little kidding about it, prove yourself on the road!
Have fun.
