How come I cannot get my FujiFilm S2000HD to get recognized by my Macbook Pro?

I have a FujiFilm S2000HD and whenever I plug it into my Macbook Pro via, it just displays a message on the computer screen saying "The device is using up too much power from the USB" even when I plug it directly into the Laptop. The same thing happens when I turn the camera on in USB mode (by holding the Green Arrow button down). I have not installed the FinePix Viewer software either because I lost the CD but I have a Fujifilm E900 that I connect to my MBP and it gets recognized perfectly fine.

Please help!

First, go here and get all of your drivers, http://www.fujifilmusa.com/support/ServiceSupportP... It is possible that the particular computer you are using limits the amount of power to the USB ports (My last computer did that). It required a USB Y Cable to connect certain devices. You can find these cables for less than $10.
