I get stressed out and mad easily. Any tips to overcome this?

Yeah, so. This doesnt happen all the time, but if im doing something, doesnt matter what; i'll feel really stressed out all of a sudden, mad, and just wanna cry and like scream a million cuss words and do nothing. I have no clue why. I may just have a short temper, but idk. Im 14. And this just happened today when i was cutting up food, just because i messed up on something like once i quit and got in a figh with my stepdad because i was like "I dont wanna do this anymore i have like anger issues or something im so stressed out". But nobody believes me. So, yeahhh.. what to do

Whenever I get stressed out or mad the one thing that seems to help me is exercise. I know it sounds lame but exercising gives you endorphins, and endorphins make you happy, help relieve stress and calms the body down. If you are aggressive I would recommend trying to take a kickboxing class or a cycling class. I had the same issue and as a 21 yr old female still do have the same issue from time to time but working out definitely helps, followed by taking a long bubble bath with the lights out, candles lit and some light music- like classical or jazz music always does the trick.

A hobby you love - learn to play an instrument (kept me sane), draw, write, build something, take up martial arts and kick the **** out of people. Don't be afraid of putting down the things that stress you and make sure you have some time just for yourself. That and good old masturbation :).

Just watch these thoughts come and go, they are only thoughts, consentrate on your breathing in bad times, dont eat meat, and watch tap water
